Legends Project Development – Staff Responsibility Descriptions for Open Positions
Project Managers are responsible for planning, communicating, monitoring of progress, tracking budgets, and reporting to the Project Director on the progress of the work. Their day-to-day activities focus on coordination of their specific portion of the project with that of our other specifically-focused PM’s. Review and management of monthly payment applications, and provision of related input to Accounting lies with each PM. Additionally, the PM’s monitor permitting and approvals for their specific elements of work. Minimum of 10 years of experience required in design, construction or project management of major projects. CCM preferred.
Project Controls Manager:
In support of the PM’s, this position is responsible for maintenance of data and input into the various project management tracking and progress reporting systems. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Controls Manager collects data from all appropriate parties and imports or inputs all applicable data into the systems to provide both detailed and executive summary roll-up reports on a real-time basis. Minimum of 10 years of experience required in design, construction or project management of major projects.
Project Engineers support the PM’s, providing research, updating data, producing meeting minutes, assisting with monthly reports, and supporting the PM’s on all matters as they arise. Minimum of 5 years of experience required in design, construction or project management of major projects.
