We're looking for someone like that who can: – lead the Client Remediation Program for the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI) impacting the Market teams in Hong Kong and Singapore – manage the process and system transition to the new core banking system (ONE Wealth Management Platform) for AEI – support the Ops reporting units for AEI reporting requirements – organize AEI project meetings and prepare management updates for the relevant steering / working committee meetings – design and prepare management information (MI) reports to enable progress-tracking and transparency to the various Market teams in Hong Kong and Singapore and senior management stakeholders – own end-to-end responsibility for the project execution, from project definition to post-implementation review. – define key roles and responsibilities, reporting lines, project governance and reporting. – define detailed scope, budget, resources, timelines and dependencies. Manage budget and resourcing. – identify key stakeholders and lead the implementation in coordination with other partner functions such as Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Markets and at all levels of the organization. – take the necessary steps in resolving issues and risks as or before they arise, removing obstacles to progress. – present status updates including risks, issues, dependencies in appropriate forums and provide guidance to project on mitigation. – track and report on delivery to ensure accountability and transparency. – ensure project documents and other reports adhere to audit requirements of UBS and ensure compliance at all times. – liaison with other lead project managers from other locations and regions

Your team You'll be working in the Tax Transformation Program and Crossborder Competence Center. We support the UBS Wealth Management (WM) Hong Kong and Singapore business primarily as Change the Bank Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the areas of Common Reporting Standards (CRS) for Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI), Client Fiscal Compliance Initiatives (CFCI), Crossborder Framework and Product Alignment Rules (PAR).
Your experience and skills You have: – university degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Tax related disciplines – additional professional/project certifications would be an asset - PMP or Prince2 certification – minimum ten years of relevant experience in project management in the financial industry – experience in leading end-to-end large scale, global change projects/programs – experience in a regional environment across multiple line of business and familiar with location / regional / global working dynamics – strong knowledge of banking systems – strong experience in regulatory remediation initiatives (e.g. FATCA, CRS, AEI) – strong in usage of MS Office applications – strong understanding of financial institution's processes, especially the F2B operational dynamics – excellent communication skills in English and other languages
