*Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing Customer Service Maintenance BU projects. *Support to proposals team in evaluating and Dimensioning Hardware, Software and Engineering Effort when quoting a Contract or Project within the scope of Business Unit (Customer Service & Maintenance). *Financial performance of the contract or project in execution *Elaborate the project schedule *Determine the required human and material resources *Define the activities of the team as well as acting as the interface among the team, the customer and other areas of the company. *Aiming at concluding the projects within defined deadlines, commercial and technical conditions established contractually. *May work at client site on a day-to-day or periodic basis. *Ensures customer satisfaction on automation solutions by managing the details of overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables.
*BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge; education in project management is desirable. *Minimum five years of general experience in a systems, software, process automation or application engineering capacity. *Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of project management experience. *Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization, policies, products, markets and processes. *Demonstrate administrative and operations knowledge *Extensive experience with direct customer contact is required. *Must be able to work in a stressful environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged. *Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills. *Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays to meet customer project commitments.
Holds a current certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex customer projects.
