CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST/BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST
A top financial services firm based in the heart of New York City are currently recruiting for a team of Continuous Improvement / Operation Excellence leads.
Their aim is to improve process effectiveness and efficiency with the aim of consistent delivery with minimum variation and minimum waste.
Support the development of various quality mechanisms like FMEA / Value Stream Maps / BPMS / Operations Excellence Maturity etc. for all processes in aligned businesses
Work Closely with the Black belts / Tower Leads to define, execute, and then monitor the operations and business metrics and drive other quality initiatives
Collect data and baseline current state values, deploy standard dashboards for metrics and performance indicators for various new and old deal
Be part of the cultural change agent for Operations Excellence within the organization
Own and drive Lean and Six Sigma projects
Demonstrate experience in applying contemporary improvement techniques and producing results for a function and/or business unit.
Works with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations and lead execution of initiatives.
BS/BA degree preferred
Certified in Lean Six Sigma
Project Management Experience and preferably PMP or Prince 2 certified
Excellent Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management skills.
