The HRMS Project Manager role will have primary systems ownership of the Human Resource Systems. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that these systems are functioning as expected and meeting the end-users needs. The incumbent will provide technical leadership on implementing and maintaining the HRMS solution and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. Redpath is seeking an experienced project manager who is able to coordinate all aspects of the project, communicate with senior management and be an active contributor.
Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or Business.
Seven (7) years’ experience in managing similar implementations of HRMS applications (e.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
Prior experience with a major systems integrator and/or enterprise software company an asset.
