Overview of Division/Department Our Compliance & Inspection (C&I), a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, is in charge of formulating and maintaining the compliance framework to ensure our compliance with internal and external regulations.
Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include:
Support to the Compliance team in the administration of the compliance function, and the day-to-day running of the team.
Maintain internal records of staff applications relating to compliance matters (e.g. gifts and entertainment, donations and rewards, personal securities trading).
Assist in the compilation and preparation of reports for purposes of reporting/ submission to Management, Head Office and/or regulators, such reports include monthly Compliance Checklists, Personal Securities applications.
Monitor the timely submission of regulatory returns by relevant departments/ sections in the Bank.
Disseminate information on compliance matters, such as regulatory updates, and notification/ communication from regulators, to relevant stakeholders.
Arrange compliance committee and forum meetings, and training, briefing and/or dialogue sessions, including meeting schedules, booking of meeting rooms, preparing meeting agendas, circulation of presentation materials and minutes of meetings.
Administer compliance programs and procedures, such as compliance eClass and training, and annual staff declaration.
Maintain centralized record of correspondences with regulators and other government bodies.
Process invoice payment, and requisition of office supplies (e.g. stationery, name cards, name stamps).
Provide support in filing and warehousing.
Other administrative duties as may be necessary
