Senior Business Analyst for NFI Management Services, LLC in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Evaluate specific business requirements of customer and determine how they will be translated into the existing warehouse management software (WMS) systems. Develop specific modifications to WMS systems to monitor, manage, and document inventory throughout the entire warehousing and distribution process to fit customer needs. Configure existing WMS systems, implement the customized WMS systems, and identify/resolve WMS systems issues. Perform user acceptance testing and electronic data interchange (EDI) testing on the configured WMS systems and EDI mapping. Lead solution testing including unit testing, data integration testing, end to end testing, and coordination and support of user-acceptance. Provide training on configured WMS systems. Determine improvements for WMS systems. Responsible for data integration specs, reporting & documentation.

Requirements are Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus five years post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience implementing warehouse management software systems based on understanding of business requirements plus working knowledge of basic relational databases; designing and writing data integration maps; SQL query for data mining; and data integration formats including EDI, HTML, XML, SAP iDocs, MA txml, delimited files, and positional data files.
Telecommuting is permitted from a home office location anywhere in the United States. In lieu of telecommuting, may work from NFI's IT Headquarters located at 1005 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
Must travel to NFI's IT Headquarters located at 1005 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043, as well as to customer sites and various NFI warehouse facilities located throughout the U.S. to obtain information needed for the design and configuration process of specific WMS solutions, and for WMS systems configuration/implementation.
