Establishes the standard of methods and metrics on business performance for resource optimization, resource forecasting and conducting gap analysis to promote countermeasures. Collaborates with other groups to facilitate the creation of business plans, tracking and reporting of progress and performance at the company and division level and coordinates business reporting events. Collaborates with various departments and follows up on new development flow execution and PDCA, and coordinates planning committee operations. Supports document business policies and procedures as needed. Compiles and reports overall resource plans, status and forecast for all division activities including manpower, output, time and budget, requiring investigation, adjustments, and proposing countermeasure plans on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Managerial Accounting, Business Administration or related field. 4 - 6 years of related work experience with a B.S. degree or 10+ years of related experience without a degree. Project management skills with strong self sufficient mindset. Ability to coordinate, delegate tasks with scheduling and time tracking capabilities and enforce efficient resource management for lean product development. Excellent budgeting, accounting, decision making, problem solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapts to a multi-cultural work environment and strong listening, relationship building and customer service skills. Knowledge of SAP or BPC and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and EPM Add-in). Able to work overtime and travel as required by projects.
