Serve as primary commercial lead managing Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) Combined Cycle Power Plant Projects. Essential duties include the following management areas of responsibility: Contracts, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement.
Lead multiple small and large projects under minimal supervision
Capable to lead & provide project teams direction to fulfill contract requirements
Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budget
Understanding of shop manufacturing work
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and oversee work of others
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability and interest to participate in continuous improvement efforts
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Capable to effectively read and understand engineering drawings
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Periodic domestic and international travel required
Telecommuting is allowed.
