Education Bachelors Degree in Technology, Operations Management, Statistics, or Business required.
Experience Demonstrated experience in initiating, leading, and sustaining positive CPI. Experience providing education and training related to process improvement.
Certification PMP Certification preferred.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on oral presentation and classroom training techniques. Have the ability to interact with multiple layers of management within the organization with demonstrated success initiating and implementing change. Be able to communicate in a professional manner. Must be able to follow and understand instructions, and react favorably in all work situations. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels within and outside the MFA. Must have strong problem solving skills, good judgement, and be able to work independently. Must have exceptional computer skills including operation of Microsoft Office and solid skills using software related to process improvement work.
