What you do:
As a PC at Core you are responsible for coordinating exceptional IT project deployment and support for our clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. You will work as part of our professional and managed services teams which encompasses all levels of computer expertise. Here you will interact directly with our clients and partner with your peers using your best problem solving methodologies. Working conditions, environments, and temperature may vary depending on location. You will document detailed notes and gain a thorough understanding of the support requirements to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
The PC is responsible for the creation and execution of project work plans revising if appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope. The PC will not be performing the project work. This work will be performed by Technicians and Engineers. The PC will attain maximum utilization of Technicians and Engineers through daily coordination with dispatch in determining available resources. This is necessary to provide a great client experience.

Submittal of time for all work performed throughout the day. All time must be accounted for.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Coordinate with the sales team to make sure the proper equipment is quoted and ordered.
Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided.
Manage resource schedules.
Coordination of all support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources.
Schedule internal and field resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
Ensures technician has a solid understanding of what the client issue is and what resources they have available.
Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on project tickets.
Employee time sheet review / approval.
Reviews service ticket notes for content and clarity. Reviews proper designation of work type and bill type.
Reviews mileage expense.
Monitor project boards for “new” and/or “responded to” tickets.
The PC must understand the basics of network configuration and equipment (e.g., servers, routers, switches, etc.).
Keep the service coordinator’s informed of problem tickets and/or outages impacting clients.
Coordinate and communicate with Single Point of Contact (SPOC), technicians and contacts, if necessary.
Communication with clients as required: keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes, and agreed upon outages.
Act as the SPOC to the client for all types of requests and passing service related requests to service dispatch.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Improve usage and increase productivity of resources through communication to Service Manager of identified deficiencies and/or recommendations.
Project meeting debriefings. How did we do? Optimize, Change, Clarify, Add.
