Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer programs which require the commitment of significant skills and resources. Responsible to deliver consistency in pre-sales and project execution activities for assigned program. Responsible for working with the sales team to set program strategy to enable solution-based revenue growth across assigned capabilities. Manage multifunction and multi-vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers' complex and risky business problems. Manage large program teams that include other program managers, project manager, analysts, and administrative support and third party vendors.

Establishes and maintains a revenue stream from assigned business segment.
Projects control over time and costs. Maintain and improve projects standard margin.
Be aware in Processes business system paperwork, obtains appropriate review per published business procedures/guidelines, and processes orders/invoices/accounts receivable tracking and issue resolution.
Maintains updated and covering all the iPM regulations of business/projects files.
Demonstrates accountability for completing work assignments; meets commitments disputes, negotiations, and deadlines.
Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial and commercial information
Responsible for the utilization planning for his team, tracking, and exception reporting.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare necessary reports and documentation
Gather and summarize data to support orders, budget and schedule forecasting for projects and for overall business team.
Aware of cost-to-complete information for review by project / business management personnel.
BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable.
Holds a current certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Minimum seven years of experience in a systems, software, process automation or application engineering capacity with ten thousand hours of documented Project Management experience
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of project management experience.
One hundred hours of formal PMI based Project Management training is desirable.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate organization, policies, products, markets and processes.
Demonstrate administrative and operations knowledge at an advanced level.
Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex customer projects.
Extensive experience with direct customer contact is required.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays to meet customer project commitments.
Must be able and willing to travel globally and work at customer sites, including industrial plants, ships, etc., which may require climbing, working in confined spaces and other unusual work environments.
