We’re growing rapidly and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our LABS team.
What you'll do:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of Coalfire LABS' Professional Services projects. You'll effectively manage project work through all project stages including planning, initiating, executing, controlling and closing project milestones. You should be highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of Coalfire clients, translating client expectations and scope of services into project plans and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis. You will also need to understand the Coalfire business and the key performance indicators critical to measuring and tracking business success.
In this role, you will:
Effectively execute and control the project work through all project phases including proactive risk identification, mitigation and issues management
Create project documentation and artifacts as needed to support project execution
Manage the overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources and resolving problems
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Three to five (3-5) years of overall proven success in Project Management with a professional services consulting firm, IT project management organization, or cybersecurity organization
Experience with OpenAir
