The Verden Group is seeking a Project Manager for a five-year longitudinal time-motion study of healthcare practices nationwide that participate in a Federal patient care and reimbursement program. In addition to standard Project Management skills, the right candidate will also have experience in data analysis, reporting and presentation of statistical findings.
The Project Manager serves a multi-function role that contributes to the completion of specified project requirements, ensures adherence to project timelines and completion, and contributes to the overall smooth functioning of the project through the submission of ideas and suggestions for improved workflow and procedures.
Tasks may include:
-Review all captured data for completion and robustness.
-Organize related data and metrics into easily digestible buckets for team member review.
-Prepare statistical analysis of important metrics, highlighting inter-metric relatedness. Metrics will include time measurements, patient numbers, regional location comparisons, and type of facility comparisons.
-Determine and highlight best-practices from all submitted data.
-Prepare a reporting schematic that is easily adjustable and capable of accumulating data following specific time periods
-Enhance reporting with the use of graphs, tables and other visual representations of the data.
-Research and provide possible comparisons to current study findings with previous similar studies.
-Assist in the creation of a final study findings report for presentation.
