The Manager of the IT Service Management Office will manage staff and provide leadership, set direction, and oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) services and processes across IT. As Manager, IT Service Management Office you will develop and implement a comprehensive service management program to increase organizational ITSM maturity and adoption of ITIL V3. You will also be responsible for guiding and measuring continuous improvement efforts for IT Service Management capabilities and performance. Additionally, you will maintain the IT Service Catalog governance processes. Other responsibilities include auditing, measuring, and acting on ITSM outputs to ensure quality and results.
• Bachelor's degree. • A minimum of 5 years IT Service Management experience including proven experience in developing and executing processes and procedures based on ITIL best practices. • In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience. • Recent experience managing technical employees. • Experience in developing and analyzing service metrics and trends. • Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and lead large complex projects. • ITIL certification • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Preferred: • Degree in information technology, business, management or related fields. • PMP Certification • Six Sigma Certification • Higher Education experience
