An exciting initiative has created a need for a Litigation Pricing and Budgeting Manager. This critical new role will report directly to the Principal overseeing the program in our San Diego office. Position responsibilities encompass developing and managing multiple, high-profile complex projects using project management methodologies to ensure all relevant litigation matters contain appropriate engagement documents and meet budget, while monitoring the efficiency of the project. The Litigation Budgeting and Pricing Manager will develop and provide comprehensive project documentation, reports, project metrics, and will identify models of workflow and job production processes. This individual will also collect, track, and analyze all incoming bids, and report their status to management.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of substantial project management experience gained through experience in progressive professional services environments. Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field and a PM/PMP Certification required. This individual will have a proven track record in conceptualizing and designing innovative processes and procedures, utilizing superior management skills on multiple high-level projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
