Job Description
We are pleased to offer an exciting career opportunity in a newly created position at Fish & Richardson P.C. An exciting initiative has created a need for a Client Services Contract Manager. This critical new role will report directly to the Principal overseeing the program in our San Diego office. Position responsibilities encompass opportunities to design and implement industry-leading alternative fee business applications. The Client Services Contract Manager will develop, propose and execute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of alternative fee systems. This individual will utilize project management techniques to manage resources effectively in forecasting and tracking project costs and their variance. Responsible for the overall client experience, communicating client expectations and priorities to internal departments, and ensuring all projects are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of master level project management experience gained through experience in progressive professional services environments. Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field and a PM/PMP certification required. This individual will have a proven track record in conceptualizing and designing innovative processes and procedures utilizing superior management skills on multiple high-level projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to build relationships with clients and management across the firm.
