Job Description
POSITION STATEMENT -

This Project Manager will take a lead role in manaing eBusiness projects working closely with the marketing and eBusiness team. Project assignments are not limited strictly to Internet projects; however, this will be the primary responsibility.

Achieve project goals that produce tactical business results by managing low to moderate risk and moderate to complex projects coordinating with no more than 4 internal/external organizational groups. Responsible for tracking cost throughout project lifecycle. Assist in Negotiation of contracts and statements of work with vendors. Ensure adherence to project budget, scope and schedule. Facilitate working sessions for internal and external organizations throughout the life of a project including requirements gathering, benefit and financial analysis, functional review, architect and design sessions, testing, deployment and measurement review. Deliver formal presentations on project overview, project plans and project status to executives and at departmental meetings. Stay current on Project Management industry standards. Will manage no more than three projects at a time using own project plan with other plans feeding into the project.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Written, oral communication, analytical, quantitative statistical and project management skills. Understanding of software development lifecycles. Ability to obtain results in a collaborative, problem solving environment. Presentation and facilitation skills. PC skills including Window, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Leadership skills a must. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Math, Computer Science or equivalent combination of work experience and education. Preference: Accredited Project Management Certification.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years analytical experience in a business/development environment with Project Management experience.
