Our Regional Vice President jobs will provide you with an opportunity to focus on business development and financial, technical and strategic planning for the Alberta Site Management Market Segment through client service and project management. Each day, you will be the face of CH2M HILL as you lead the Alberta Site Management team to identify and deliver projects utilizing the resources in Canada and North America while making client satisfaction a top priority. You should be a Professional Engineer with a minimum of 15 years environmental consulting experience and a track record of exceptional client service management and have a desire to grow both personally and professionally in this Vice President job. Our Environmental Regional Vice Presidents: Successfully maintain and generate new clients, revenue and project opportunities while advancing the business, earning and delivering significant, profitable, and challenging work
Support an integrated, total solution approach to the needs of CH2M clients, taking advantage of the expertise in both the Canadian Region and the other parts of CH2M HILL
Ensure an increasing regional competitiveness and market share through the development and procurement of regional and strategic projects
Lead and develop assigned and matrixed staff, including optimizing staff client utilization and deployment
Support the advancement and effective use of the latest technologies within the business group
Meet or exceed defined business line performance and client satisfaction goals for the site management market segment, working closely with the lead for the waste management market segment
Attain or continue designation as a Professional Engineer (PE)
Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible environmental consulting experience and a recognized leader in the Alberta Site Management marketplace
Demonstrated expertise in managing and executing projects, partnered with exceptional business development experience within the site management and remediation environment
Strong experience in market sector leadership, team management, project planning, and project controls
Proven success with business development strategy implementation and procurements
Effective decision maker
Experience in change, risk and financial management
